Who We Are

We are a Tier 4 financial institution as classified under the Uganda Microfinance Regulatory Authority Act. Conceived through the promotional efforts of Celebrate Hope Ministries, a Christian NGO that reaches out to communities through the local church to address both the spiritual and physical needs of people in the Kyotera and Rakai districts of Southern Uganda.

The SACCO was established in response to the need for financial services as a tool for promoting farmer development, household improvement, children's education, and financial literacy, all aimed at fostering community transformation.

Celebrate Hope SACCO (Reg. No. 11238/RCS – Ministry of Trade and Cooperatives) and licensed by the Uganda Microfinance Regulatory Authority (License No. SC 027), was incorporated on 23rd February 2016. It was initially founded by local pastors and coffee farmers from Rakai and Kyotera districts.
